Easy DIY Lavender Sachet for Better Sleep

DIY Sachet for Relaxation and Sleep

Ingredients:

1/3 cup uncooked rice

2 teaspoons dried lavender petals

5-10 drops of lavender essential oil or helichrysum oil

Directions:

Mix all together and spoon into a small drawstring pouch. Place in a drawer, near your bed, under your pillow, or anywhere you would like a calming scent.

If the scent diminishes, squeeze the bag to release more.

Both lavender and helichrysum essential oils are highly valued in natural wellness for their powerful anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and skin-regenerating properties. They are often used together to enhance wound healing and emotional well-being.

I chose to make a sachet with rice, lavender petals, and helichrysum oil. The scent is heavenly. I keep it under my pillow and give it a squeeze every night, just before I go to bed. It helps me drift away, shedding the day.

This is an easy beginner’s recipe for a lovely sachet you can make with these ingredients and a muslin or fabric bag.
